Room 2 took part in Sommerville Olympic Opening Ceremony.

We all dressed up in Polish national colours ( red and white).
We marched , listened to NZ national anthem, passed the torch and opened the games.
We took part in different sport activities .

Sport Day 

Room 2 had a great time at our school Sport Day. 

We did running races, jumping, throwing and many more. 

We love swimming 

This term we have been enjoying swimming lessons with Helen at Lagoon Pools. Helen is great!

She helps us to improve our swimming skills: floating, kicking with our feet in the water and building our confidence. LOOK AT US!

Fun with Science

In term 3 we have been having fun learning about the changing states of Matters. Check out some of our fun and exciting experiments.

People who can help us.

 In term 2 we have been learning about people in our community and what their jobs are. We had a lot of fun when visiting the local fire station. We met our local constable, St Johns ambulance paramedic and the pilot. At the end of the term all boys could easily identify familiar community workers and the tools they use for their work .
